Our property sourcing service is available for a fixed fee of £5,000 (exclusive of VAT).
A £250 non-refundable deposit is required immediately to secure a property, paid via our website.
The remaining balance will be required within 24 hours to secure the introduction to the estate agent / vendor to progress the transaction.

As part of the £5,000 property sourcing package, we will arrange and cover the cost of a Level 2 Building Survey (RICS Home Survey Level 2) for the chosen property where possible in the time available.
The survey will be carried out by an independent, qualified surveyor.
We will provide you with a copy of the survey report once our fee is paid.
Any decisions based on the survey findings remain your responsibility.
