Jeremy is a seasoned entrepreneur, property professional and co-founder of New Street Properties. With extensive experience across property sourcing, development and investment, he brings a practical, hands-on approach to creating and managing high-quality serviced accommodation.
His focus is on identifying great properties, understanding what guests and businesses need, and creating comfortable, well-equipped spaces that deliver a consistently positive experience.

Connor Robinson | Co-Founder & Operations Director
Connor heads up our operations on the ground in the North East, helping ensure our serviced accommodation properties are well maintained, well presented and ready for every guest.
Based in Hartlepool, Connor brings strong local knowledge and a trusted network of contractors, tradespeople and property professionals. He oversees the practical side of our properties, from maintenance and improvements through to ensuring everything runs smoothly for guests and clients.
His local expertise also plays an important role in identifying and assessing new properties, helping New Street Properties continue to grow a quality portfolio of serviced accommodation alongside our wider property sourcing and investment activities.
